To pay your order, you choose the payment method among those offered by GOLF PASSION at the payment page. Online payment with credit cards is secured by the Centre Monétique Interbancaire that provides a fully secure payment service. The data stored on the Centre Monétique Interbancaire online platform for the account of the GOLF PASSION web site are considered as proof of payment for the online transaction made by the customer.
A 50% deposit will be requested within 15 days of receipt of the booking confirmation. If the stay is booked less than 1 month before the said stay, 100% of the stay is payable upon booking. Payments are made by transfer to the order of GOLF PASSION or any other natural or legal person designated by GOLF PASSION. Upon arrival at the time mentioned in the booking, the Customer will be required to present his Booking Voucher and his identity document and a copy of it to comply with the booking conditions.
A deposit whose amount is specified on the description of the property will be requested on arrival either in the form of a cheque or in cash.
Cancellations must be sent to GOLF PASSION by email (contact@marrakech-golf-location.com) mentioning the reservation number given in the booking confirmation. The date taken into account to determine the amount of the applicable cancellation or modification fees will be the date on which GOLF PASSION will have had knowledge of the customer’s decision to cancel his reservation.
The applicable Cancellation Conditions are those displayed on the website when booking and sent by email with the booking confirmation.
More than 30 days: 25% of the rental price
Less than 30 days: 100% of the rental price
In the event that the Client does not inform GOLF PASSION of a cancellation and does not show up on the agreed date, whatever the reason, the rental price will remain, in any case and in its entirety, acquired at GOLF PASSION. In case of early departure or delayed arrival of the Customer from his rental, and for any reason whatsoever, the Customer may not request a reduction in the price of the rental which will remain, in its entirety, acquired at GOLF PASSION.
The Customer expressly undertakes to peacefully use the property and/ or the room made available to him and to return it in the state in which it will have received it.
The villas and apartments are exclusively intended for tourist or private holiday use. Any commercial or professional activity or prohibited by Moroccan laws is strictly prohibited on the place of stay and its surroundings during the duration of the stay, including, in particular, receptions of any kind, film shoots and shooting sessions.
The Client will be personally responsible towards GOLF PASSION and third parties for all harmful consequences caused by him, and that of the persons introduced into the villa or guest room in order to maintain compliance with the booking conditions. It is also necessary to respect the administrative formalities to go to Morocco.
The observation by a representative of GOLF PASSION of any activity or behaviorin accordance with Moroccan laws and these general conditions at the place of stay or near it will result in the immediate cancellation of the contract without notice and without prejudice to the Client and his expulsion from the villa or the guest room.
GOLF PASSION reserves the right to visit the villas at any time, the client may not object.
GOLF PASSION may in no case and under no circumstances be responsible for any theft or damage to property, any criminal act or any assault of which the Client may be the author or victim in the villa or the guest room.
The Client cannot assign the rental contract or sublet the accommodation.
Each room or property offered for rent is characterized by a maximum number of people who can occupy it.
Unless previously agreed by GOLF PASSION, the number of people provided cannot be exceeded and the provision of additional beds by the Client is not allowed. Similarly, it is forbidden to set up tents in the property, to park caravans or to install any type of shelter or temporary housing. This is part of the booking conditions on the site.
Guests are obliged to notify GOLF PASSION or any natural person representing GOLF PASSION, any person they wish to invite, at the latest the day before their arrival. The full identity of the guests will be requested and can be verified. GOLF PASSION or its representative are entitled to refuse entry to any guest, without having to justify it, even if the acceptance has been obtained beforehand.
